His conviction? Sharing is caring. That's why there are now new sharing dishes. His signature dishes are served in an old copper pot in the middle of the table. May we introduce...
"Rothorn" risotto with various toppings to put together yourself. Grisons meat, mountain herbs, chard, mushrooms from the Arosa forests, Grisons saffron, truffle, Parmesan cheese.
"Schaffrügger" pot with boiled meat, potatoes, leek, fennel, savoy cabbage, horseradish mousse and bread from the Arosa bakery Steiner. The meat can be carved yourself. Alternatively with Plant Based bread dumplings.
Arosa deer sausage from local hunting or saucisson with various types of bread, onion jam, blueberry mustard, Pommery mustard, hot mustard, salad and pickled vegetables.
