Christmas Eve at Valsana is all about good food, festive cheer and spending time together. We’ll kick things off with a Champagne aperitif from 18.30 h, before settling in for an evening of Christmas-inspired à la carte dishes and live music.
And for our younger guests? The excitement starts a little earlier, with Christmas presents from 18.00 h.

Christmas Day calls for taking things easy. Sit back, enjoy the festive atmosphere and choose whatever takes your fancy from our Christmas-inspired à la carte selection. No set courses, no rush – just good food and plenty of time to enjoy it.

Join the Valsana Team for an evening of night sledging, departing from the hotel at 17.30 h. Afterwards, warm up with a glass of mulled wine in the lounge.
31 December 2026
A little Gatsby glamour to see out the year? Absolutely. From 19.30 h, we’ll start the celebrations with a Champagne aperitif, followed by a festive five-course New Year’s Eve dinner. Live music sets the mood throughout the evening as we count down together and welcome 2027 in true Valsana style.
Our younger guests can start the celebrations from 18.00 h at the Kids Club in the "Ideenwerkstatt", complete with their very own buffet.
1 January 2027
We’ll ease gently into the New Year with a leisurely late breakfast served until 12 noon – including a Bloody Mary station.
