Friday, 9 January 2026 - Amuse-bouche menu at the Grand Restaurant
The event kicks off in form of a stroll through culinary pleasures: from 19.00 h, we will be serving amuse-bouches directly at your table before the doors to our amuse-bouche menu open at 19.45 h. Various stations invite you to sample, marvel and linger – accompanied by the live band „Classic Rocks“. The perfect start to an enjoyable weekend.
Saturday, 10 January 2026 - Kitchen party at the Grand Restaurant
The evening begins with an aperitif in the kitchen – accompanied by DJ Marc Ruh. Followed by some time to relax: move freely between different gourmet stations, chat with the chefs and experience haute cuisine at its most charming. Accompanied by selected wines from Smith & Smith. Joining us will be our Michelin star chefs Uwe Seegert (1 Michelin star) and Marco Campanella (2 Michelin stars and 19 GaultMillau points).
