Programme:
Friday, 9 January 2026 - Gourmet Market at the Grand Restaurant
The event kicks off in form of a stroll through culinary pleasures: from 18.30 h, we invite you to enjoy an aperitif at the bar before the doors to our gourmet market open at 19.00 h under the motto „Amuse Bouche“. Various stations invite you to sample, marvel and linger – accompanied by the live band Classic Rocks and fine wines from our friends at the Feudi di San Gregorio winery. The perfect start to an enjoyable weekend.
Saturday, 10 January 2026 - Kitchen party
The evening begins with an aperitif in the „Grand Restaurant“ and takes you to the highlight of every gourmet tour: the kitchen, where our exclusive creations are prepared. With musical accompaniment from the Elisa duo, you can move freely between different gourmet stations, chat with the chefs and experience haute cuisine at its most charming. The perfect finishing touch: wines from our partner Smith & Smith will add extra enjoyment in liquid form this year. Joining us will be our Executive Chef Uwe Seegert and Michelin star chef Marco Campanella (2 star Michelin).
