Full moon - since always it has a special fascination for people. It is said to influence health, sleep, even plant growth. But it is certainly an exciting event that occurs month after month. It is especially beautiful here in Arosa: in summer, with crystal clear air, it appears even closer. We use the mystical light for our yoga & meditation on the Tschuggen platform.
