In 2023, the host Marco Campanella, who has been awarded 2 Michelin stars, invites you to the 4-Hands Dinners. Together with top-class guest chefs and up-and-coming kitchen stars, he creates unique menus that send your palate on a journey. The different styles, philosophies and approaches are naturally omnipresent and flow into the creations.
25.06.2023: Niklas Oberhofer
Niklas Oberhofer - Switzerland's youngest star chef. He stands for modern French-based cuisine with Asian influences, using the best products and suppliers from the region. Niklas Oberhofer is the head chef of "epoca by Tristan Brandt", which is located in the Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort in Switzerland. He was awarded his first MICHELIN star in 2022. The up-and-coming talent is under the patronage of Tristan Brandt, Germany's former youngest two-star chef.
