The Eden Roc Spa is also open daily to nonresidents by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The rates include free use of the whole Eden Roc Spa with fitness centre, sauna and steam bath area, water world, as well as bathrobe, slippers, towels, refreshments and fruits. Children do have access to the Spa from the age of 16. The membership is personal and non-transferable.

With a Day Spa offer for Eden Roc Spa, you can enjoy all the amenities of the five-star spa for a day. These offers are not valid in July and August. Reservations are encouraged.

Whether yoga, pranayama, Pilates, fitness, aerobics, dance class or rehabilitation training, our qualified personal trainer Vera is open to all wishes.

The Eden Roc Spa is also open daily to external guests by prior arrangement and subject to availability. The rates include free use of all Eden Roc Spa facilities such as fitness centre, sauna and steam bath area, relaxation rooms and the water world, as well as bathrobe, towels, refreshments and fruit. The Spa is also open to children over the age of 16. Kindly note that rates and opening hours are subject to change.

Membership
With a membership for the Eden Roc Spa, you can enjoy all the amenities of the five-star spa every day. Memberships access cards are personalized and cannot be transferred to other persons. These offers are not valid during July and August.

All public areas and the Eden Roc Spa are non-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and the terraces.

We aim to make your stay with us a thoroughly enjoyable experience and hope that the followin information will be useful:

• For your own convenience please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please inform us and especially your therapist about any special medical conditions.
• For our massages and body treatments we provide single-use briefs.
• If you arrive late for your appointment and your therapist or the treatment room is booked afterwards, we regret that the treatment will have to be shortened accordingly.
• If for personal reasons you will not be able to attend the agreed on appointment notify us at least 24 hours before or we will charge 50% of the price. Should you miss your appointment, we will have to charge the full amount.
• Please note that smoking is not permitted in the whole spa area. We also ask you not to use your mobile phones.
• Our aim is to make dreams come true! If the treatment you are looking for is not listed on our spa menu please contact our spa reception. We will be happy arrange an individual treatment of your choice.
