General Information
If you arrive late for an appointment, please kindly note that the duration of your treatment will be reduced accordingly if the therapist or treatment room are booked for the subsequent slot. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. If you do not do this, the full amount will be charged.
The entry price entitles you to unrestricted use of the entire Eden Roc Spa including fitness centre, sauna and steam bath area and the water world. Bathrobe, towels, slippers, refreshments and fruit are included.
Eden Roc membership cards are personal to each user and are not transferable. The number of members is limited. Prices and opening hours are subject to change.
Persons suffering from heart and/or circulatory prob- lems, as well as pregnant women, should consult a doc- tor before using the spa area. Due to possible complica- tions, pregnant women do not receive massages.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax.

To ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay, we would like to provide you with some important information in advance and answer a few general questions:
• We look forward to welcoming you to the spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment and kindly ask you to use this time to inform us of any health conditions or concerns.
• For your comfort, disposable underwear is provided for you to wear during your treatment.
• Should your preferred treatment not be listed in our spa menu, we would be delighted to arrange a bespoke treatment tailored to your wishes.
• Please note that the entire spa area is a non-smoking zone. Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you not to use mobile phones within this area.
• Day guests are warmly welcome by prior reservation and subject to availability.
• Children aged 12 and above are welcome in the pool area when accompanied by an adult.
• For safety and wellbeing reasons, access to the sauna area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
• To ensure a relaxing spa experience, we recommend storing valuables in your room safe. Please note that we cannot accept liability for personal belongings within the spa area.
• In the swimming area, you are welcome to wear swimming trunks, swim shorts, bikinis, swimsuits, or burkinis made of synthetic materials. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask you to refrain from wearing other types of clothing for swimming.
Our team will be pleased to assist you with any further questions regarding the use of the Eden Roc Spa and will gladly guide you throughout your visit.
External Guests
The Eden Roc Spa is also open daily to external guests by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

The fee use of all Eden Roc Spa facilities such as fitness centre, sauna and steam bath area, outdoor pool, sunbathing lawn, relaxation rooms and the water world, as well as bathrobe, towels, refreshments and fruit.
