What should I know about booking or cancelling a spa treatment?
We recommend booking your preferred treatment before arrival or as early as possible during your stay.
Please arrive at the spa approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows enough time to inform our team of any health concerns or individual requirements. Disposable underwear is available for additional comfort during treatments.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened if the treatment room or therapist is booked immediately afterwards.
Please inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made later than this, as well as no-shows, will be charged at the full treatment price.
What age restrictions apply at the Eden Roc Spa?
Children aged 12 and over are welcome in the Eden Roc Spa pool area when accompanied by an adult.
