On his travels to Asia and Australia, Maximilian Schmidt gets to know countries, people and cultures - and is inspired by them. So he doesn't miss the opportunity to look into the kitchens and capture culinary impressions. All these experiences, as well as those from his years as a journeyman, now culminate in the "Roter Hahn" restaurant. That is where he comes from and where he has returned to. The exciting contrast of home and distance is reflected in the creative variety of the dishes: full of passion, dedication and, of course, first-class ingredients.
