NEW as of winter 2023: The mighty forests of the Engadine are making their way into the Carlton Hotel, in the form of a new restaurant concept.
Chef Salvatore Frequente from Sicily and his team will take care of the culinary needs of the guests from winter 2023. They have drawn inspiration for the new creations from Engadine nature.
The concept is supported by the stylish furnishings of Ticino interior designer Carlo Rampazzi, who also uses natural materials and warm light. Stay tuned!
