The Carlton Spa at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz is also open to external guests by prior reservation and subject to availability.

A range of options is available for day guests, including Day Spa, Layover, spa access with a treatment and a 10-visit pass. Depending on the arrangement, access includes the water world, fitness centre, sauna and steam bath areas and relaxation rooms. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, refreshments and fruit are also provided.

For guests wishing to visit the Carlton Spa regularly, monthly and winter-season memberships are also available. Membership cards are personal and non-transferable, and the number of memberships is limited. Memberships are valid for the booked term. Seasonal memberships end automatically at the end of the respective season and cannot be carried over to the following season.

The following opening hours apply during the winter season at the Carlton Spa at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz:

Water world: 07.00 h to 20.00 h
Fitness centre: open 24 hours a day for hotel guests
Sauna and steam bath area: 12.00 h to 20.00 h
Spa reception: 08.30 h to 20.00 h
Treatments and Hair Lounge: 10.00 h to 20.00 h

The 1,200 sqm Carlton Spa at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz extends across three floors and offers views of the Engadine mountains.

The spa includes a water world with two pools, sauna and steam bath areas, relaxation rooms, a fitness centre, spaces for yoga and movement, a Beauty, Nail & Hair Lounge and treatment rooms for massages and spa treatments.

The water world at the Carlton Spa offers two different pool areas:

• Indoor and outdoor pool: 35 °C and 137 cm deep
• Sports pool: 31 °C and between 95 and 172 cm deep

The indoor and outdoor pool features hydrotherapy attractions and provides space to relax, while the sports pool is also suited to more active swimming.

Please shower before using the pools. Jumping or diving into the pools is not permitted.

The Carlton Spa offers sauna and steam bath facilities as well as relaxation rooms in which to unwind between sauna sessions.

The sauna area is a textile-free zone. Large towels are provided for your privacy. Please shower before using the sauna and dry yourself thoroughly afterwards.

The sauna and steam bath area is available to guests aged 16 and over. For a balanced sauna experience, we recommend two to three sessions of no more than 15 minutes each, with a relaxing break between sessions.

The Carlton Spa fitness centre is equipped with modern Technogym equipment for cardio and strength training, including spinning bikes, steppers and circuit training equipment. The fitness centre is accessible to hotel guests 24 hours a day.

The Carlton Hotel also offers a sports programme with regular yoga sessions. Participation in the sports programme is complimentary for hotel guests. As places are limited, we recommend registering with the Concierge by 18.00 h on the previous evening.

Private yoga, fitness and outdoor training sessions can be personalised to your individual fitness level and training goals.

The Moving Mountains Spa offering at the Carlton Spa includes holistic and revitalising massages, facial and body treatments, detox treatments as well as Beauty, Nail & Hair services.

Treatments combine personalised relaxation and regeneration with the holistic Moving Mountains Spa concept.

If your preferred treatment is not listed, the spa team will be happy to arrange a personalised treatment whenever possible.

Younger guests are warmly welcomed at the Carlton Spa at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz. Selected age-appropriate spa and beauty treatments are available for children and teenagers, including manicures, children's relaxation massages and hair salon services.

Two daily Kids Splash Times take place from 09.00 h to 10.00 h and from 15.00 h to 16.00 h. During these times, our youngest guests are welcome to splash and play in the pool.

Children are also very welcome in the pool outside the Kids Splash Times. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure that the Carlton Spa remains a place of peace and relaxation outside Splash Times, we kindly ask families to enjoy the pool area in a calm and considerate manner during these periods.

The sauna and steam bath area is available to guests aged 16 and over.

Up to and including the age of 15, massages are carried out only in the presence of a parent or guardian. From the age of 16, teenagers must be personally brought to and collected from their treatment by a parent or guardian. Up to the age of 18, the reservation confirmation and consultation form must be signed by a parent or guardian.

We recommend booking your preferred treatment in advance.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and inform the spa team of any health concerns or individual requirements.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened if the therapist or treatment room is booked immediately afterwards.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made later than this, as well as no-shows, will be charged at the full treatment price.

Please inform the Carlton Spa team at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery or a medical procedure, or have any health conditions such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions or allergies.

This allows the team to personalise your treatment and recommend suitable options.

Special recommendations apply during pregnancy. Depending on the treatment, suitable treatments may be provided following individual consultation.

The Carlton Spa is a place of peace and relaxation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the spa area.

To protect the privacy and wellbeing of all guests, we kindly ask you to refrain from using mobile phones and from taking photographs or videos during your stay. Animals are not permitted in the spa.

Please shower before using the pools. Jumping or diving into the pools is not permitted, and loungers should not be reserved with towels.

Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool area. The sauna area, however, is a textile-free zone, with large towels provided for your privacy.

The Private Spa Suite at the Carlton Spa offers an exclusive private wellness area with a whirlpool bath, steam bath and sauna.

Depending on the chosen arrangement, the experience may include Champagne, refreshments, culinary treats and personalised massages. The Private Spa Suite can accommodate up to four guests.

The Dream Butler Experience is a personalised evening ritual at the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz designed to promote a restful night's sleep.

The experience begins at the Carlton Spa with a soothing foot bath and a relaxing aromatherapy oil massage.

While you unwind at the spa, the Dream Butler prepares your hotel room for the night, adjusting elements such as humidity, lighting and room temperature. A pillow menu and other carefully selected elements complement the sleep routine.

A light, easily digestible meal and a selection of teas from the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz's individual Dream Butler menu complete the experience.
