And that’s why we are the first Swiss premium hotel group to bring exceptional standards of hotel management and effective climate protection measures under one roof. In the last 10 years we have already achieved a reduction of more than 60% of our total fossil fuel consumption - with the aim of almost completely eliminating it by 2025.
By financing climate protection projects even beyond the level of calculated residual emissions, we are also taking responsibility for the parts of our ecological footprint that cannot yet be reduced.
It is also important to us to firmly anchor ourselves in our communities through a range of local projects. For example, we are passionate supporters of the junior ski club Arosa and support young artists in Ascona.

The Tschuggen Collection has been climate-neutral since 2019. When we opened The Valsana Hotel in 2017 we put sustainability at the heart of the project. A central element of the sustainable processes is the hotel’s ice battery.
