It’s a beloved tradition: the Easter brunch at Restaurant Eden Roc. On Easter Sunday, 20 April, we will indulge you with exquisite antipasti, such as oysters with green apple-ginger sauce, asparagus salad with eggs and bacon, and Black Angus roast beef.
For the main courses, culinary highlights include pistachio-crusted lamb loin and lemon sole fillets, ensuring a truly exceptional dining experience. A selection of the finest dessert creations rounds off the buffet. Cheese lovers can also look forward to an extensive cheese buffet featuring over 10 delectable varieties.
Another highlight is the pasta, prepared à la minute in a Parmesan wheel. To welcome you, we will serve you a glass of champagne.
As in previous years, the Easter brunch will be accompanied by live piano music, adding an artistic touch to the event.
The Easter brunch at Restaurant Eden Roc takes place from 12:00 to 2:30 h, priced at CHF 150 per person.
On Easter Sunday evening, Restaurant Eden Roc also offers a five-course Easter menu: enjoy dishes such as asparagus soup with Lostallo salmon and dill, pike-perch from Lago Maggiore, and Swiss veal steak.
The price for the five-course Easter menu is CHF 130, with the option of a four-course menu for CHF 115.
Throughout the weekend, from Good Friday to Easter Sunday, you can indulge in the cake buffet at the Eden Bar.
And to ensure our youngest guests are never bored, the Hotel Eden Roc offers the "Juhui Easter Fun," with activities such as egg painting, crafting Easter bunnies, mini golf, a picnic under the pergola, baking and searching for Easter nests, and a bike tour to the harbor on Easter Monday.
