Zurich, (3 February, 2023). The Tschuggen Collection has been welcoming skiers to the breath-taking Grisons mountains for more than 100 years. Comprised of the Tschuggen Grand Hotel and Valsana Hotel in Arosa, the Hotel Eden Roc in Ascona and the Carlton Hotel St. Moritz, the Tschuggen Collection is Switzerland’s first climate neutral premium hotel group.
Now, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, the hotel group will take further action to protect our nature in the hope that pristine slopes and snow-covered mountains may be preserved for generations and centuries to come. Working under the patronage of the myclimate foundation, the family-run Tschuggen Collection will host the Race for Nature in Arosa from 15-18 March, 2023. Environmentally conscious corporate guests such as UBS, Ricola, ÖKK, BKW, Graubündner Kantonalbank, Die Mobiliar, Ringier Medien and more will take part in a sociable ski race to raise a total of more than CHF 250'000 for this good cause. Participating teams will be ably supported by former World Cup Skiers and Olympic Champions as well as by up-andcoming talents from the Arosa Ski Club. In addition to an extensive events programme including a charity ski race, a gala dinner with charity auction and an open-entry night ski race for local residents, participating nature conversation organisations will be given a platform to present their work for the duration of the three-day event. Solutions-focused conversations with attendees will play a key role. Attending organisations will include Protect our Winters, the Alpine Initiative, Aqua Viva, the Bruno Manser Fund and the Netzwerk Schweizer Pärke.
This March, the Tschuggen Collection is encouraging forward-thinking businesses and guests to embrace nature and come together in protecting the environment
