Kevin Romes, currently head chef at the fine-dining restaurant “Skin's” in Lenzburg, is a master of Michelin-starred cuisine with an international career. His formative time in the kitchens of great chefs such as Johann Lafer and Christian Jürgens, complemented by experience in renowned kitchens in Hong Kong, Germany and Switzerland, has shaped his unique culinary style. “Flavour is what counts for me. I'm a fan of minimalist cuisine that impresses with its delicate craftsmanship,” says Romes.
