For the winter season, chef de cuisine Marco Campanella and his crew are once again moving to the snow-covered heights of Arosa. Campanella – named „Chef of the Year“ in 2025 and awarded an impressive 19 GaultMillau Points – interprets traditional Swiss and Italian cuisine as well as plant-based dishes.
