Marco Campanella invites to the Star Chefs Lunch
On 24 September, the star chef, who has been awarded two Michelin stars, will welcome his neighbours from the Giardino and the Castello del Sole to his kitchen.
Ascona, (26 July 2023). Three top chefs united by a long friendship: Mattias Roock, Rolf Fliegauf and Marco Campanella. Together, the three passionate chefs have five Michelin stars and 54 GaultMillau points - and all within a radius of less than five kilometres. On 24 September 2023, however, the top-class chefs will not steal each other's thunder, but will create an incomparable menu together at the Hotel Eden Roc. However, Ticino and a passion for cooking are not the only things that unite the three award-winning chefs. They have a long connection: one of Roock's career stations within his career was the Giardino Ascona and Marco Campanella once learned from Rolf Fliegauf. The three want to celebrate their common past, but also the different styles that have developed from it, at a lunch. At the Star Chefs Lunch 2023, the chefs will serve a joint menu of all their signature creations in six courses.

The price for the star menu is CHF 295 per person including a champagne aperitif.
